To all our local communities, everyone in society is going through unprecedented times, and we must do our utmost to respect the Government recommendations to limit the spread of Coronavirus.
Current directives from local crematoria and cemetery authorities
We all need to be mindful of keeping everyone safe at this time and, therefore, as of Monday 13th July 2020, both Birmingham and Solihull Council have restricted the number of mourners at their respective cemetery and crematoria to 30.
We would like to reassure clients that all our funerals will be carried out in the same respectful and dignified way we have always strived to achieve.
Funeral arrangements can be made by phone or via your chosen mobile phone app - for example WhatsApp. Any legal documentation required during the arrangement can be sent by email or post.
We are still happy to arrange funerals and allow for chapel viewings to take place at our funeral homes, with a limited number of people in attendance.
We are liaising with the appropriate governing bodies and local authorities on a daily basis, and we will keep you updated of all changes as they happen.
As a part of the local community, we also offer our hand in friendship to people in a more vulnerable position, and we will assist everyone wherever possible. Our staff are available 24 hours a day to offer advice and guidance throughout this period, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
